Although slightly slower than the Kamikaze I and lacking the inevitable show-pleasing fireball of a nitrous rich racing tank going up in flames, the Kamikaze II is good for when you actually need to travel before attacking. Enjoy the wind in your hair before smacking into the front of that big rig and ripping out its back side.
